2. Scope
FairOdds is a read-only research website. It has no user accounts, login, contact form, newsletter, comments, payments, wallet connection, or transaction functionality. Visitors are not asked to provide personal data. The website processes only the technical request data needed to deliver and protect the service, as described below.
3. Server logs
When a page, API response, or static file is requested, the web server may record the requesting IP address, request date and time, requested path, HTTP status, transferred data volume, referrer where supplied, and browser or operating-system identification sent by the browser.

4. No cookies, tracking, or browser storage
FairOdds sets no cookies and uses no local storage, session storage, tracking pixels, analytics, advertising networks, or social-media plugins. It does not create visitor profiles. No consent banner is used because the current website contains no consent-requiring storage or tracking technology.
5. Hosting
The production website is hosted on a virtual private server provided by One.com Group AB, Carlsgatan 3, 211 20 Malmö, Sweden. The provider processes server request data on behalf of the controller for hosting and security purposes. The server is located within the European Union.
6. Chart libraries delivered through jsDelivr
FairOdds loads three version-pinned JavaScript libraries from jsDelivr: Chart.js 4.4.9, Luxon 3.4.4, and chartjs-adapter-luxon 1.3.1. These libraries render the historical comparison chart.
Loading these files requires the visitor's browser to contact jsDelivr. The request necessarily exposes the visitor's IP address and standard browser request information to jsDelivr and the CDN providers it uses, currently including Cloudflare, Fastly, and Gcore. According to jsDelivr, this information is used for delivery, analytics, and security rather than individual tracking. Current provider information is available in jsDelivr's sub-processor notice.

7. Transport encryption
The public production website is served over HTTPS. Transport-layer certificates are issued through Let's Encrypt. Local development and administrator-only loopback checks may use HTTP without exposing the service publicly.
8. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, the GDPR gives data subjects rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. To exercise these rights, contact the controller listed above. Because server logs are not linked to an account or other visitor profile, additional information may be needed to identify a relevant log entry.
Right to lodge a complaint
You may lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. 9. No automated decisions about visitors
FairOdds calculates research statistics about markets. It does not make decisions about visitors or perform visitor profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.

This notice will be updated if the website's operation changes in a way that affects personal-data processing. The current version date appears at the top of this page.
